OBJECTIVE
In redesigning the Wag! mobile app, the goal is to create a more user friendly experience through the improvement of the overall visual design, information organization, and “preferred walkers” feature.

CONCEPT
To improve the overall visual look and feel of the app, the illustrations are simplified to be more cohesive and a clear hierarchy of information is established, preventing the user from having to search for the important information. The addition of a bottom navigation bar allows users to easily move from different pages with a single tap. After receiving feedback from several target audience members, it became clear that a new feature was needed within the app. This aspect is designed to allow users to be able to select the caregiver of their choice, rather than being randomly assigned to one.
