The redesign of Beyond Meat’s 2019 annual report aims to reflect the company’s efforts to create a more sustainable future as well as highlight its successful announcement of its IPO. Annual reports are known to be extremely long with minimal typographic hierarchy. This annual report bring the information to life, engaging the reader and offering hope and excitement for the future

In order to highlight the Beyond Meat’s successful IPO, the annual report is designed in a newspaper format with the headline bringing this information to the forefront. Keeping in mind the importance of sustainability, the report is printed on recycled paper to communicate the company mission: Feeding a Better Future. The addition of graphs as well as the use of two colors creates a clear hierarchy and simplifies the information.
